This was such a cozy and comfortable spot, in a beautiful part of Berlin. Near parks and playgrounds, and walking distance to so many wonderful sights in Berlin. We loved our stay with. Our family of 5.

From initial booking, communication was always clear and first class.
Check in information was very clear and check in was swift and easy.
The apartment is gorgeous, really very spacious and very tastefully decorated and finished.
The area is brilliant - very easy connections to everything you want to see and a really vibrant environment with lots of first class places to eat and drink. Felt very safe too.

Had a great week in this flat. It’s spacious and actually as pretty as in the pictures.
Location is great: a clean, safe neighbourhood close to Prenzlauer Berg, 10 min walk to Mitte and close to metro and busses.

The apartment was fantastic. It was spacious and clean and comfortable. We really liked it. It was uncluttered and had a modern feel. The 3 bathrooms were great for our group of 5. It is situated in walking distance to the underground and nearby were some bars, cafes and restaurants and walking distance to Alexanderplatz and Mauerpark. We were very happy with the stay overall.

The penthouse felt like home from the first moment spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The kids loved watching the cable cars from the terrace! Being so close to the ski lift made everything easy. We can’t wait to come back in summer to enjoy the mountain trails.

Fantastische Lage und unglaublicher Komfort! Das Penthouse versprüht ein warmes, alpines Flair mit modernen Designelementen. Der Wohnbereich ist riesig und die Terrasse bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick. Nach dem Skifahren genossen wir entspannte Stunden mit einem Glas Wein und dem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

This apartment was even more beautiful than the photos! The terrace view of Kitzbühel’s peaks is absolutely stunning. We came for a ski trip, and it was amazing being able to walk to the slopes. The host was super friendly and responsive, and we appreciated the local restaurant recommendations. A perfect mix of luxury and mountain charm.

We absolutely loved our stay at this penthouse! The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the ski lift, and the views from the terrace are incredible. Every morning we had coffee overlooking the mountains, and every evening we relaxed in the cozy living room. Everything was spotless, stylish, and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back next season!

I loved the decor and attention to detail. It’s a small apartment but very functional — perfect for a couple or small group. We appreciated the coffee machine and the host’s Berlin guidebook. Would happily stay again next time!
