We had a fantastic stay here. The view is incredible and the apartment is beautifully designed, filled with cool artwork and furnished to a very high standard. Everything felt premium, from the bedding and duvets to the crockery and glassware, which made the stay feel really special.

A great villa in the middle of Kitzbühel, everything within walking distance. The villa was perfectly equipped, we lacked nothing. Very nice communication from the hosts. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We were in this house with two families and we really enjoyed it! It is very convenient that there are separate entrances – this provides comfort and privacy for everyone. The location is just great, everything is nearby and very convenient for relaxing. The house is clean, cozy and very comfortable, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
