This newly built luxury villa offers all the comfort and convenience you could expect, making you feel right at home.
The entire house is air-conditioned, and it also features central heating in the form of a cozy pellet stove, which can be used even outside the summer season!
The villa has five air-conditioned bedrooms (two with king-size beds and three with two single beds), two en-suite bathrooms, one half-bath, and one private bathroom. All are modern and feature rain showers. There is plenty of hot water available for 10 people.
A spacious entrance hall leads directly into the living room with three large glass doors. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Large doors open onto a fantastic outdoor area with a gas barbecue, sink, and worktop. The patio also boasts a comfortable dining/living area and an electric awning for complete shade!

Loved the villa, it's exactly as described and shown in the photos. Great hosts who emailed ahead of time with loads of recommendations for things to do, best route to take from airport, best supermarkets, best beaches, etc etc. Nice quiet neighbourhood with great local beach. Perfect for a relaxed holiday

Gorgeous stay at the villa. Fab location within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and shops. We loved the Bakery and Cala Mar for lunch. The villa was excellent for our 1 year old twins with lots of toys and cutlery etc. Lovely pool and great recommendations

A beautiful villa in a lovely location - a short walk to the beach, supermarket (the bakery nearby is great) and good quality restaurants. Perfect for a group of 8 people but can sleep 10 comfortably. The pool was perfect.

Great villa for all the family. The villa was well stocked for all ages with toys and various things needed for children ie surrounding on the pool, cots, highchairs etc.
